We're Tritium Legal Technologies, a small team of cross-over corporate lawyers and software developers, and we're hell-bent on revolutionizing desktop word processing for transactional lawyers. Our flagship product is a desktop word processor that's designed to be fast and full of first-class features used by transactional lawyers every day.

Tritium is the culmination of over a decade of experience practicing transactional law and developing software. Our founder recognized that the tool relied on every day by software developers—known as an integrated development environment—could reshape the way transactional law is practiced.

Drew Miller

Drew founded Tritium in August of 2024. He's been a corporate lawyer and software developer for over a decade.

Prior to founding Tritium, Drew began practicing law at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York and transitioned to the firm's London office in 2016.

We prioritize improving the day-to-day experience of the transactional lawyer in practicing law with a useful new tool. We know the only way to build a word processor for lawyers.
